great as always! I have an issue where my feet get into a very painful cramp when i point my toes like you did in the cobra pose. Is it bad to do it with flexed feet? The cramp makes my foot freeze and I have to physically rub it out or use the floor for leverage to get it unstuck. When I go back to pointing my feet it just happens again.

That was my biggest struggle with the pose too! “Zippering” the legs and such all felt comfortable, but felt a ton of tension in my elbows/triceps pulling myself up in that position
